Can you make xyz for me?

We love creating custom orders! To make an enquiry, send us an email or DM with the following details: 1. Send us a picture/description of your vision 2. Tell us the age/size of your little one 3. Date of your special occasion/event 4. Any additional details or preferences you’d like to share Once we receive your message, we will get back to you with a quote. Otherwise visit our "custom orders" page in the dropdown about us menu.

Can I buy now?

Yes, however we can't guarantee sizing and stock. You can shop at: - Our office 37 Newport Avenue, Glen Ashley, Durban, 4051 Office 108 Monday-Friday: By appointment only Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm

Do you keep items in stock so I can buy immediately?

We keep limited items in stock as we prefer to make only on order. Please feel free to contact us with a picture/product description and the size you’re wanting and we’ll happily check if it's available. If it is not in stock, we do have the following express order options available (additional cost to the order): - Express made & delivered R280: Have your order crafted and delivered within 3-4 working days. Place your order before 12 noon, and contact us to confirm availability. - Express collection R220: Get your order ready to collect within 2-3 business days. - Express shipping R180: Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days, alongside our standard 8-10 working days lead time. Please note: Payment for express options cannot be refunded. Some outlying areas may not be deliverable, and we will notify you to make alternative arrangements.

Are your products made locally?

Yes! Every Princess Gabi item is made right here in South African, in our family run Durban studio.

How long will my order take?

Production time is 8-10 working days. Delivery is 3-4 working days Rush orders have an additional fee: - Express made & delivered R280: Have your order crafted and delivered within 3-4 working days. Place your order before 12 noon, and contact us to confirm availability. - Express collection R220: Get your order ready to collect within 2-3 business days. - Express shipping R180: Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days, alongside our standard 8-10 working days lead time.

I’ve seen a dress on your website but I’d like to change the fabric/style/length, am I able to do that?

Yes you can customise anything you see on our website! Whether you want to change the length, choose a different fabric or add a frill, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
