How long will my order take?
Production time is 8-10 working days.
Delivery for South African orders is 3-4 working days. This delivery time is additional to the production time.

We keep limited items in stock as we prefer to make only on order.

Will I need to pay customs for my international order?
Please note that once your order arrives in your country, it will be assessed by customs. Based on your country's legislation, you may need to pay a fee to release the goods into the country. Once that amount is paid, the courier company will deliver your order to your door. Duties are not included in the shipping price paid at checkout.
Princess Gabi is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We do not refund customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Are your products made locally?
Yes! Every Princess Gabi item is made right here in South African, in our family run Durban studio.
Can you make a custom outfit for me?
We love creating custom orders! To make an enquiry, send us an email or DM with the following details:
1. Send us a picture/description of your vision
2. Tell us the age/size of your little one
3. Date of your special occasion/event
4. Any additional details or preferences you’d like to share

I’ve seen a dress on your website but I’d like to change the fabric/style/length, am I able to do that?
Yes you can customise anything you see on our website! Whether you want to change the length, choose a different fabric or add a frill, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

There is a size chart for each product where you can see the relevant measurements for that product.
You can also send us your measurements and we will customise the items to your size. There is a measuring guide in the 'About Us' drop down menu where it will show you how to take your own measurements.
